What is the minimum order quantity for custom lanyards?
Minimum order quantities vary by lanyard type and printing method. Screen-printed flat polyester lanyards typically start at 100 pieces. Dye-sublimation and woven lanyards may have higher minimums. Plain blank lanyards are available from 50 units. Contact us with your requirements for an exact quote.
How long does it take to produce custom printed lanyards?
Standard production takes about 12 working days after artwork approval. Rush orders are available at an additional charge for most lanyard types. Plain blank lanyards stocked in Hong Kong are available for fast delivery.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can provide blank material samples for you to feel the fabric and check the colour before committing to a large order. For custom printed samples, a small sample fee applies which is credited back to your full order.
What lanyard width should I choose?
10mm: slim, discreet, good for simple text. 15mm: the most popular width, balances visibility and comfort. 20mm: ideal for larger logos and detailed printing. 25mm: maximum branding area, best for dye-sublimation designs.
Can you match our brand Pantone colours?
We print in full CMYK sublimation. We can match most Pantone colours closely, but tones may differ slightly from what you see on screen. Request a pre-production proof if exact colour is critical.
Do you supply badge holders too?
Yes. We supply clear PVC card holders in standard sizes (86x54mm credit card size, A6, and custom sizes). These can be attached directly to your lanyards. See our event badge printing page for details.
Do you deliver to Hong Kong event venues?
Yes. We deliver to HKCEC, AsiaWorld-Expo, KITEC, and any other Hong Kong venue. We coordinate with your event operations team for the delivery window.
Do lanyards include the badge holder and insert?
Lanyards are priced separately from badge holders and badge inserts. Bundling is very common, so reach out and we'll put together a single quote covering everything.
What file format do you need for printing?
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for the best print quality. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files (300dpi+) also work for dye-sublimation printing. We'll send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.
