What badge sizes do you supply?
We carry all standard event badge formats: 62mm continuous sticker rolls (Brother QL820), and 4x3" and 4x6" thermal fanfold (Zebra ZD621). Custom sizes are available on request.
Is badge stock included with printer rental?
Yes. Every printer rental comes with badge stock and consumables (ink, ribbons) sized for your expected attendee count. We always add a 30% buffer for walk-ins and reprints. No hidden charges.
Can I buy badge stock without renting a printer?
Absolutely. If you already own a compatible printer, you can purchase badge stock separately. We carry thermal fanfold, sticker rolls, and inkjet badge paper. Just let us know your printer model and badge format when you reach out.
What type of printing do the badge printers use?
Our badge printers use thermal printing, no ink or toner required. The Brother QL820 uses direct thermal for sticker labels, while the Zebra ZD621 uses thermal transfer for fanfold badges and wristbands. Both are fast, reliable, and built for high-volume onsite badge printing.
Can badges include QR codes and barcodes?
Yes. All our badge printers support QR codes and barcodes, both 1D (Code 128, Code 39) and 2D (QR, Data Matrix). Your registration software generates the codes; our printers output them at high resolution for reliable scanning at the door.
What registration software works with your printers?
Our printers are compatible with any event registration platform that supports badge printing, including Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite, Whova, and custom solutions. We deliver pre-configured hardware, you connect it to your software. If you need help with driver setup, our support team can assist.
Do you deliver to Hong Kong event venues?
Yes. We deliver to HKCEC, AsiaWorld-Expo, KITEC, and any other Hong Kong venue. We coordinate with your event operations team for the delivery window.
